Over the years, we've seen it taking a place in the pantheon of gaming classics, due particularly to its graphic violent content - which we have to admit, we loved to bits. Back in 1992, when Midway first introduced the game, it was really impressive to see the fluidity of the characters and the violence of the fights. But, before you have your first injection, let's look at the history of Mortal Kombat. Even with these issue Mortal Kombat is a fun game and worth buying.Feeling a bit down about what to play? Well, here is your prescription right here - Mortal Kombat: Deception. The last issues is probably not issue due to the 2011 reboot but it is hard to figure where Shujinko's story fits into the rest of Mortal Kombat series. Another issue is unless the player beats arcade mode with Shujinko they don't really get an ending. Some reason at the end the last opponent is Scorpion for some reason and not Onaga.

Well the downside is the hero Shujinko is a tool mainly Onaga using Shujinko to collect the Kamidogu to free himself from his self from his inpiosioment by the elder gods instead of becoming the elder god champion. It not just Onaga Shujinko is also used by some of Shao Kahn's man too. Now the plot of Mortal Kombat Deception is a naive fighter Shujinko that has dreams of becoming Earth realms Mortal Kombat Champion and protector is contacted by a spirit called Damashi (Onaga) supposedly an elder god that needs help and Damashi needs Shujinko to collect the Kamidogu from the realms of Earth,Outworld,Order,Chaos,Netherrealm and Edenia.Along the way Shujinko learns many different fighting styles too. Also Chess Kombat this is taking three fighters and having them fight other opponents a chess board. This like a fatalities but the player does it to there own fighter after losing a battle.Along with arcade mode Puzzle Kombat this Mortal Kombat mixed with Tetris with chibi-headed Mortal Kombat fighters. Deception still has arcade with the player having the choice of doing Hara-Kiri's. The player can do side missions, fight other Mortal Kombat characters in the realms listed too. Yes the player stills has to do something like tutorials with learning each fighter's move sets, but Deception also lets player free roam the realms of Earth,Outworld,Order, Chaos,Netherrealm and Edenia. This like Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance but done better. This Mortal Kombat game between twelve to sixty dollars off of the internet playable on the Nintendo GameCube PlayStation 2 and original Xbox and reverse comparable for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
